Game “Eat, Play, and Win with Aerottoria!”

1. Game Rules
   The rules of the “Eat, Play, and Win with Aerottoria!” game (hereinafter – the Game) define the conditions for participation, winner selection, and the procedure for submitting and reviewing complaints.
2. Organizer
   The Game is organized by UAB “Loop Holding,” legal entity code: 304079090, address: Dariaus ir Girėno g. 21, LT-02189 Vilnius (hereinafter – the Organizer).
3. Game Location
   The Game takes place at the restaurant “Aerottoria,” located at Dariaus ir Girėno g. 34F, Vilnius (hereinafter – the Restaurant).
4. Game Duration
   The Game runs from February 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025.
5. Availability of Rules
   The rules are published on the Organizer’s website at www.aerottoria.lt and at the Restaurant.
6. Participation Conditions
   • The Game is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
   • To participate, individuals must visit the Restaurant and spend at least 50 EUR in a single visit.
   • Participants must complete the Game entry form and submit it along with a receipt confirming their visit to the Restaurant into the designated Game box at the Restaurant. Entry forms are available at the Restaurant.
   • The 50 EUR minimum amount excludes tobacco products, tobacco-related items, and alcoholic beverages.
7. Prize Pool
   • 1 unit of Xiaomi Redmi 13, 128 GB, gray (value – 135 EUR)
   • 1 unit of JBL Charge 5 wireless speaker, gray, 40 W (value – 199 EUR)
   • 1 unit of Lenovo Tab M10 (3rd Gen) tablet, gray, 10.1″, 4GB/64GB (value – 158 EUR)
   • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
8. Winner Selection
   • Winners will be selected randomly on March 5, 2025, from all eligible participants.
   • Winners, along with their name and surname, will be announced on the Organizer’s website www.aerottoria.lt by March 10, 2025.
   • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone, as provided in the entry form, within two (2) business days after selection.
   • Prizes must be collected from the Restaurant. The specific time and date for prize collection will be arranged individually with the winners.
   • The prize transfer will be confirmed by a handover-acceptance act signed between the winner and the Organizer.
   • Additional costs related to prize collection (e.g., transportation or phone expenses) will not be reimbursed.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after selection, a new winner will be drawn.
9. Complaint Submission and Review Procedure
   • Participants have the right to submit complaints regarding the Game until February 28, 2025. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at Dariaus ir Girėno g. 31, Vilnius, or via email at [email protected].
   • Complaints will be reviewed, and responses will be provided within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
10. Personal Data Processing
    • To organize and conduct the Game, the following personal data of participants will be processed: name, surname, email, and purchase receipt.

11. Other Conditions
    • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules and/or terminate the Game by announcing changes in the same manner as the Rules were published.
    • The Organizer is not responsible for any losses (damages) incurred by participants related to participation in the Game.
